The Drink.

I like to think I am a fairly cheap date, in the sense that I don't mind paying for myself and if a drink is offered, I usually go the beer route.
But when I get those chances to go out with the girls, my drink of choice is...

Vodka Red bull
  • 2 oz of vodka
  • 8 oz Red Bull energy drink

I am not much of a vodka drinker, but for some reason I can easily sip this delicious drink away, no problem.

Manageable Chaos.

Like I have stated before, Moms are awesome!
A few weeks ago I took the girls I babysit out to CiCi's for dinner while their parents finished packing their old house.
I was excited to get the chance to go out to eat, but, I wasn't thinking about feeding four girls, having to run back and forth from the booth to the line to grab them more slices, making sure they didn't get anything on their cute winter dresses, as well as feeding myself.
Almost impossible!
Luckily these girls are a lot of fun and always know how to make something that can be super stress full into something very entertaining.

I can take these girls anywhere and know we will come out alive and laughing.
Of course this was the highlight of the night!
The girls loved the cinnamon rolls but the gooey, hardly cooked, brownie is what we kept returning to the counter for.

Fun At The Park.

Today was a full day with the girls.
Breeze had choir practice at a church in Davidson so I excitedly accepted to take them all there.
We began with a quick walk down the main street to kill time until Breezes choir practice started at 5:45.

We had seen this statue while driving around and wanted to make a stop.

We couldn't figure out what it was, but when I told them to stand next to it so I could take a picture, as you will see to the left, a spider kept that from happening.

Once we dropped Breeze off and I made a quick, or as quick as it could be, run into Summit for my now all time favorite chai latte, we noticed this playground and thought it would be a perfect way to spend the next 45 minutes until we had to return to the church for Breeze.

This was literally the whole playground and they made the most of it, as most kids their age do.
To have an imagination like that again.
They were so excited about all the different things they could do.
I don't have it shown here, but there is a wheel that they went crazy over.
I've never seen anyone as excited as they were about this wheel.
I turn away for one second and she winds up with woodchips on her diaper.
It was too funny to pass up.
